MapleFlow Plumbing ("we", "us") operates mapleflowplumbing.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Details you give us. Name, phone number, email, service address and the description of the problem you send through our booking form or tell us on the phone.
- Service records. Work performed, parts fitted, photos taken on site for warranty and insurance purposes, and invoice history.
- Site usage. Standard web log data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type and approximate region.
Why we collect it
- To dispatch a plumber to the correct address and bring the right parts.
- To quote, invoice and honour warranty claims.
- To send appointment confirmations and arrival notifications.
- To meet permit, inspection and insurance obligations.
- To improve the website and understand which services people look for.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your details with marketing partners or lead-generation companies.
Who we share it with
Only where the job requires it: municipal permit and inspection offices, equipment manufacturers when registering a warranty, our payment processor, and our insurer if a claim arises. Each receives the minimum needed.

This site uses only functional cookies needed for the pages to work. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for consent first and update this page.
How long we keep it
Service and invoice records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and warranty obligations. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twenty-four months.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Email info@mapleflowplumbing.com or write to 12-71 Vulcan St, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1L4. We respond within thirty days.
Security
Data is held on access-controlled systems. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
